Spirulina Pancakes – Delicious and nutritious
A healthy, nutrient-rich breakfast that is full of vitamins and is the perfect start to the day.
Ingredients:
- 300g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200-300ml milk
- Oil for the pan
- 1 tbsp fresh spirulina

Mix the dough:
Thoroughly mix the flour and baking powder. Beat the eggs with a hand mixer until they have doubled in volume. Gradually fold in the salt and the flour mixture. Then stir in enough milk to form a slightly sticky batter.

Add spirulina and let it rest:
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Then stir in the tablespoon of fresh spirulina.

Fry pancakes:
Heat the pan over medium heat and spread a little oil evenly. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter per pancake into the hot pan and form it into a circle. Fry over medium heat until the pancakes are golden brown.
