Shipping policy

1. shipping information

We only ship our products within Germany. Shipping is carried out by DHL.

2. shipping costs

The shipping costs are a flat rate of 7,90€ per order.

3. delivery times

• Pre-orders:
  For pre-orders of our MySpirulina farm, shipping is expected to take place from May 5, 2025. Please note that there may be delays in individual cases due to high demand. We will keep you informed of any news regarding this delivery schedule. You can cancel your pre-order at any time up to the delivery date for a full refund. If for any reason you decide that you no longer wish to wait for your pre-order product, you may cancel your reservation as stated in our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
  
  

• Regular orders:
  Once shipped, the delivery time within Germany is usually 2-4 working days.

Note: There is no shipping on Sundays and public holidays.

4. shipping confirmation & shipment tracking

After shipping, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and a tracking link to track your shipment.

5. transport damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. In the case of visible transport damage, please make a complaint directly to the deliverer upon receipt.
