Shipping policy

1. Shipping information

We currently deliver to addresses within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are charged as a flat rate per order as follows:

• Germany: 4.99 € (From an order value of 100.00 € we deliver within Germany free of shipping charges).
• Austria: 13.99 €
• Switzerland: 24.99 €
  • Important note for deliveries to Switzerland (DAP): Delivery to Switzerland is made duty unpaid and untaxed. For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes (VAT) and handling fees apply. These are not payable to us but directly by you to the competent customs or tax authorities or to the carrier. They arise on import into Switzerland and cannot be refunded by us.

3. Delivery times

Regular orders: unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within 3 to 5 working days after the contract is concluded (where advance payment has been agreed, from the date of your payment instruction).

Note: No shipping takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Shipping confirmation & tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. It contains a tracking link that lets you follow the status of your shipment at any time.

5. Transport damage

If the goods arrive with obvious transport damage, please report such faults to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failing to file a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights, but it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier.

6. Returns

Please send your return (withdrawal or complaint) exclusively to the following address:

Note on return costs: Please note that the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, provided that the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.
