Chia pudding with spirulina and mango
Stir it up in the evening, ready in the morning. Creamy and light at the bottom, green with freshly harvested spirulina on top, plus mango and coconut. You can barely taste the spirulina here; it primarily provides color.
Sweet · 10 minutes plus overnight in the fridge · 2 servings
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 300 ml oat drink or coconut drink
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp freshly harvested spirulina
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Preparation
- Stir together the chia seeds, plant-based drink, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- After 10 minutes, stir again and place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, divide the pudding in half. Stir the spirulina until smooth with 2 tbsp of the pudding and fold into one half.
- First, fill the light pudding into two glasses, then layer the green one on top.
- Dice the mango and distribute it over the top along with the shredded coconut.
Tip
Not in the mood for layers? Then simply stir the spirulina into the entire pudding. Berries or kiwi also work well instead of mango. If mixed fresh with spirulina, eat on the same day.
