Green smoothie bowl with spirulina
Thick, creamy, and spoonable. Frozen banana and mango make the bowl nice and cold, while the freshly harvested spirulina gives it its deep green color. Top it with whatever you have on hand in the kitchen.
Sweet · 10 minutes · 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 100 g frozen mango
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 80 ml oat drink
- 2 tsp freshly harvested spirulina
- Toppings: kiwi, blueberries, granola, hemp seeds
Preparation
- Puree the banana, mango, spinach, and oat drink in a blender until creamy. Use just enough liquid to keep the mixture thick.
- Add the spirulina and pulse briefly to mix.
- Pour into a bowl and smooth the surface.
- Top with kiwi, blueberries, granola, and hemp seeds.
Tip
The frozen fruits keep the bowl cold and thick without the need for ice. Instead of kiwi, berries or banana also work well as toppings.
